Participants who do not accept these terms must not access or use the platform.

The LandVista platform is intended exclusively for institutional investors · developers · family offices · strategic capital participants · approved advisory and infrastructure entities. Eligibility requires institutional mandate relevance · profile verification · governance compatibility assessment · NDA acceptance · internal approval. Access is not available to the general public. Not every profile qualifies.

LandVista Developers & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. operates as a governance-first institutional land intelligence infrastructure. The platform provides structured intelligence · policy-linked evaluation · infrastructure-aligned insights · institutional advisory · governed mandate visibility · qualification-controlled access. The platform does not operate as brokerage · listing portal · transaction marketplace · real estate intermediary · public opportunity exchange. All intelligence outputs are informational and governance-controlled. No output constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.

Participants may use the platform exclusively for institutional land evaluation · policy and intelligence analysis · advisory engagement · mandate participation · governance compliance · strategic positioning research. Participants must use the platform in good faith · maintain confidentiality of accessed intelligence · comply with NDA obligations · represent their institutional identity accurately · follow platform governance protocols at all times.

Participants must not scrape · automate · duplicate · copy · reproduce · redistribute · commercially exploit · reverse engineer · misrepresent · impersonate · bypass governance controls · attempt unauthorised access · share access credentials · upload malicious content · interfere with platform systems · use intelligence outputs for competitive purposes outside permitted scope. Any breach may result in immediate access revocation · legal enforcement · institutional blacklisting · audit escalation · civil or criminal proceedings under applicable Indian law.

All intelligence outputs, advisory frameworks, signal systems, confidence indicators, risk classifications, and timing assessments provided through the platform are informational and analytical in nature · governance-controlled · subject to validation standards · not guarantees of outcome. Outputs are not investment advice · legal advice · financial recommendations · planning approvals · transaction endorsements. Participants remain solely responsible for independent due diligence, legal verification, financial assessment, investment decisions, and execution strategy.

Certain platform intelligence, signals, mandates, and advisory outputs are confidential and subject to NDA governance. Participants with NDA-gated access agree to maintain strict confidentiality · not disclose intelligence to unauthorised parties · not reproduce or redistribute governed outputs · not use intelligence for purposes outside the NDA scope · notify LandVista immediately of any suspected breach. NDA obligations survive termination of platform access.

All platform content, architecture, intelligence frameworks, signal systems, governance methodologies, visual systems, written content, and institutional workflows remain the intellectual property of LandVista Developers & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Participants may not reproduce · copy · distribute · modify · create derivative works from · commercially exploit any platform material without prior written authorisation from LandVista.

Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials · all activity occurring under their access profile · ensuring authorised use by their organisation · notifying LandVista immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach. LandVista shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of participant access credentials where the participant failed to maintain appropriate security standards.

The platform may reference government notifications · policy documents · infrastructure announcements · public datasets · regulatory frameworks · external institutional references. LandVista is not responsible for external inaccuracies · policy revisions · governmental changes · infrastructure delays · third-party interruptions · external platform availability. Third-party references are provided for informational context only and do not constitute endorsement.

The LandVista platform and all intelligence outputs are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. LandVista makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding platform availability · intelligence accuracy · signal completeness · output timeliness · system continuity · data currency. Participants use the platform at their own discretion and risk.

LandVista shall not be liable for investment losses · strategic decisions · missed opportunities · regulatory changes · infrastructure delays · reliance-based damages · indirect or consequential losses · loss of data · loss of revenue · loss of opportunity — to the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law.

Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LandVista Developers & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from breach of these Terms of Use · violation of NDA obligations · misuse of platform intelligence · unauthorised access or use · misrepresentation of institutional identity · violation of applicable law.

LandVista reserves the right to modify platform content · update intelligence systems · revise access architecture · suspend platform services · terminate platform operations · amend these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Material amendments will be communicated to active participants. Continued platform use following notification constitutes acceptance of amended terms.

LandVista may terminate or suspend platform access immediately and without prior notice where these terms are breached · NDA obligations are violated · governance standards are not met · legal or security risk is identified · participant eligibility criteria are no longer satisfied. Upon termination, all access is immediately revoked · NDA and confidentiality obligations remain binding · intellectual property obligations remain in force. Participants may request access termination by contacting office@landvistaintelligence.com.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising from platform participation, access governance, intelligence interaction, or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms. The remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, NDA terms, and any applicable access agreements, constitute the entire agreement between LandVista and the participant regarding platform use. These terms supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings relating to platform access and participation.

Platform access operates through a controlled institutional access architecture.

Access may be approved · denied · suspended · revoked · restricted · or limited without prior notice where governance, security, legal, or operational conditions require.

Participants are advised to review this framework periodically. Continued platform access constitutes acceptance of the current version.
